Vespa (ベスパ Besupa) is one of the three demon servants, created by Ashtaroth in the last stage of his plan, with the objective to find the Energy Crystal, trapped inside the soul of Mephisto's reincarnation; much like her sisters Luciola and Papilio she have been granted with incredibly strong powers as compensation for their short lifespan.
Personality[]
She is the middle sister, the origin of her name as well as her familiar creatures are the wasp.
Her personality is fearless, explosive, straightforward, a bit narrowminded, and so her fighting style is mainly based on brute strength and speed.
She is not as dedicated to her duties as Luciola, but still she is a very active worker; and sometimes she acts as Papilio's caretaker.
Even if she is not the smartest of the sisters, being the closer to Ashtaroth, Vespa is very well informed about the nature of their creator's plan of self destruction. Her behaviour gives a hint that she is in love with Ashtaroth.
Story[]
During the war of Ashtaroth she participated in the soul scanning; she thught Papilio's pet "Pochi" (Yokoshima) was a really usefull adquisition, as he does house chores with no complain, leaving them enough time do the technical work.
As Yokoshima helped to save the base and the sisters of the violent attack of Michie Mikami, Vespa sincerelly considered letting him free before the invasion begin, but she realized her sister Luciola is in love and willing to have an intimate with him, so she started to get mad towards the prisoner.
Vespa had to confront her sister on combat, as a result of Luciola's swap of sides; they had a high level match that made both sisters use all of their abilities, but on the decisive moment Yokoshima interfered to help his Girlfriend and Vespa was defeated at the cost of Yokoshima being severely hurt in the process. Luciola upset for his sake decided to sacrifice herself to save him, so as a result both sisters died.
After her death her familiar wasps, reconstructed her body collecting all her escence from the enviroment, being able to resurrect her with all of her memories, but in a really tiny body.
Being concious that Ashtaroth invasion is nothing but an effort to get others to anihilate him, and in grief after Luciola's death she decided to help Mikami an the GS team, revealing, the only weak point of Ashtaroth "definitive form".
At the end of the war, Vespa and Papilio they separate their ways since, Vespa joined the demon side and her sister choosing the gods.
