Shibusaba Jinkō Yūrei Ichigō (渋鯖人工幽霊壱号, lit. "Shibusaba Artificial Ghost No. 1") is an artificial yūrei created by Baron Shibusawa (渋鯖男爵), an occult researcher that used his creation as his own home and documented it as his son and the owner of the building. It is protected by a strong barrier, is fire proof, almost inmune to damage, and has the ability of regenerating itself.
After years of waiting for a new owner since the death of its creator, the artificial ghost learned about Reiko Mikami, a strong spiritualist who recently lost her office, and met her taking a humanoid appeareance (a hat and trenchcoat). After testing the power of Mikami and her employees, the house accepted to recognize her as its new owner, and Mikami set her office in the building.
As an artificial inteligence, the building can talk and behaves like an assistant, providing information to Mikami, and even manipulating devices on distance like her car if required.
