The Occult G Men (オカルトGメン), also known as ICPO, is a organization introduced in Volume 17 Report 5 that is formed by governmental Ghost Sweepers that solves supernatural civilian cases and help poor people that can't afford a private Ghost Sweeper.
Its members are considered public servers, receiving a normal salary and are allowed to use expensive equipment. High school graduation or higher is required to join the group, and Pete joins Tadao Yokoshima's school to become a member.
As said by Reiko Mikami the work doesn't reflect in the income, she was hospitalized with stress when she tried to join the group to work with Teruhiko Saijou.
